Manage Costs on Construction Projects (Online)

This course covers the process of developing a Work Break Down Structure (WBS) to allow estimating the project cost. You will learn the process of estimating from a whole of project lifecycle view point and how this relates to a civil construction projects (delivery phase). We will also cover how we set an approved budget for performance tracking and forecasting going forward.
