Founded by Matt Hollstein, his work has spanned more than 160 projects across marine, civil, building, and rail sectors from community-scale developments to complex operational environments such as ports, airports, and defence estates.
Matt’s journey started humbly on the tools as a bricklaying apprentice. Over the years he worked his way up through site supervision, project engineering, and senior management. His perspective is unique because he’s lived every role he now supports: from the hard-hat days on site to leading multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects.
That lived experience fuels his belief that great projects begin with great people. Matt understands first-hand how opportunity, mentoring, and leadership can transform a person’s career and how, in turn, that growth strengthens the entire industry.
