Matt’s experience extends as a multidisciplinary Project Manager in marine, civil, and industrial areas. Matt is highly experienced in integrating works within operational environments such as defence, airports, railway, ports and facilities. He works with organisations of all sizes including government authorities, family-owned businesses and international companies.
This program sets the stage for newly-promoted leading hands as they embark on their first supervisory roles. We will cover the most important requirements under the WHS Act and your company's system, including the leading hand's responsibilities in terms of cost, time, and quality control on site, as well as effective team leadership skills. We will review team dynamics, personality types, conflict resolution strategies and basic public speaking techniques in order to facilitate toolbox talks or pre-start meetings.
