WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE

This diploma program is suitable for all prior experience levels.

Whilst this course has been contextualised towards construction, it does provide for the generic methodologies to manage any kind of project, whether an event or IT solution.

It is also useful for experienced construction engineers who deliver the construction part of a project. Construction companies usually get involved once a project reaches its delivery stage however, the project may already be underway since many years prior to this.

Gaining knowledge about the entire lifecycle of a project from initiation to operation, improves your overall understanding and appreciation of project management and all stakeholders involved.

WORK EXPERIENCE

We aim to train to the highest industry standard. For those not currently employed within the civil construction industry, we attempt to provide work experience placements with civil contractors, consultants or government authorities on the Gold Coast and Brisbane as part of this course. These placements are generally paid for the right candidates. Suitability for placements depend on the individual case.

We also have an in-house project management consultancy that will provide the opportunity to deliver some services for our clients.

AM Project Partners was founded in 2015 by experienced Project Manager, Matt Hollstein. With a proven 24-years industry experience, Matt has developed a strong network of construction project managers who have the capability and experience to deliver a wide range of construction projects. Matt’s experience extends as a multidisciplinary Project Manager in marine, civil, and industrial areas. Matt is highly experienced in integrating works within operational environments such as defence, airports, railway, ports and facilities. He works with organisations of all sizes including government authorities, family-owned businesses and international companies.
