Risk Management is simply a continuous process of identifying, treating, and managing risks. Setting up and implementing a risk management process is akin to installing a fire alarm. You hope it never goes off, but you’re willing to hand it out with the minor inconvenience now in exchange for future protection.

This course will provide you the skills and knowledge required to:

  1. Plan and prepare risk management system information.
  2. Apply risk management system information.
  3. Evaluate application of risk management controls.
  4. Report on continuous improvement of risk management controls.
