Leadership is the process where a leader influences, guides, and directs others' work and behaviour towards achieving specific goals in a given situation. Leaders motivate their colleagues and employees whilst being empathetic and connecting with their peers. Leadership includes the ability to influence their peers' behaviour and motivate others to achieve the goal's achievement. Leaders help contribute to developing future visions and motivate colleagues to want to achieve those visions.
